It's not going to fix anything without practice. If you can swing it 100 times right then start to practice without it you can start to feel where you should be. Keep going back and forth. It is about learning muscle memory. Think what you will about the 1 piece take away but if you can use it to even just learn how to address the ball the same distance every time it will help your game. On the course if I get the chipping yips or just swinging right I can take it out do some practice swings and get back to my game. I will say if you aren't going to commit to practice then it likely isn't worth your time, but if you are willing to practice I think it is worth both the time and money. The Tour Angle 144, I believe, will help golfers with poor swing mechanics strike the ball better. It teaches three very important principles: position of hands and wrists at address, proper takeaway of the club during the first 90 degrees of the backswing and if you have a casting problem on the downswing (this is getting the club too far forward by improper wrist position) this will probably cure that.
