Sometimes you are unaware you ordered via third party in otherwords items were shipped by the seller directly to you not from Amazons warehouse is best I can determine. So from there for an item that's so inepensives as in under 10 dollars they usually do not ask for returns or send you a return label but tell you to keep it and provide you with full refund and you get notice of that pretty fast usually within a day or 3 at the most from my experience. No you do not accept DAMAGED items. BUT there isa protocol for contacting AMAZON for help. Amazon however since the original owner & CEO stepped away has been changing their GREAT customer service to not so great and less sometimes than mediocre. But damaged products is unacceptable. Now you have on more available way to solve this and under FEEDBACK to seller attempt to leave 1 star and the system rejects that and asks how it can be fixed so sometimes opions pop up there too. Thats best used for only bad sellers and third party sellers who don't do the right thing right away. Go through AMAZON via these links and live chat because it usually pays off if a seller does not come through Amazon steps in and does on your behalf. You can hunt down via google Amazons phone but often it's out of the country and language barriers can interfere with proper help. So that's why I recommend live chat. However Amazon is trying to move away from all true contact with sellers and use the not so REAL chats but more click this or that and chase your tail. If you get into that send them an 3mail and or call. Start with live chat or if they straight up offer you refund on product take it and then re-order. **Q: Can I use this for overnight?** A: Yes, I use this mainly for overnight.
