Great relief. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It helps *by L***S on February 13, 2025* Stays cold and Velcro works ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ***USED TO BE GREAT *by A***. on July 25, 2015* amazing. arrived promptly and in good condition and in truth, is the best pain relief product ive ever bought.ive had migraines since i was a small child and i used to fill ziploc bags with ice water and lay on them to help relieve the pain. later i started using hot/cold ice bags as they dont leak and are all around better. but the fact i had to lay on them or hold them in place was frustrating as i, even in the worst pain, tend to still need to do something at some point - so goes daily life.this item allows me to do this. wraps around the head, hands free and provides the right cool comfort. it stays cold for quite a while, and even at its most solid state is still malleable enough to wrap. the cold is never too intense and it doesnt leak or sweat or even wet my hair as it warms over time. i can even sometimes avoid taking my prescription medications for migraine while using this, as time and cool treatment and relaxation will ease the pain - if not entirely, to a manageable pain level. even those times i have to take my meds, this is a massive relief while i wait.i can sit at computer and continue to work with this item and it doesnt slip, fall, or get in my way, and its light en ough that it doesnt strain my neck.*EDIT* as of 2019 I have decided to purchase another and I am massively disappointed!! The size and quality is much diminished, atrociously so. Thank goodness i have two older ones that still work well enough and aren't work out because the 2019 version is utter garbage by comparison. The new models cloth is rough, cheap, uncomfortable and disappointing, the ice gel pack is half the thickness, 4 inches shorter in legnth and does not freeze properly or hold cold as long; the whole thing is uncomfortable and improperly sized and a waste if money. It should be half the current price because it's HALF the product it used to be.
