Thicker and more stiff than wraps I have used before. I would say that they might even be a bit too stiff, but I would assume they would break in with further use. A set of instructions on how to properly wrap the wrist would also be useful, but it was easy enough to figure out/look up online. In terms of performance, I used the wraps on shoulder day and I would say that there was definitely less strain on my wrists for the lifts that are particularly hard on my wrists from experience (just have to make sure you wrap the wrist correctly, i.e., cover the bottom part of the palm as well as the wrist itself). However, I was informed that this company released wrist wraps, and I am a huge fan of their belts. So of course, I gave it a go. I found it just as sturdy as my previous ones from bodybuilding.com and it definitely helped my weak wrists. I did have to use it a few times to break them in so them fit more comfortably but once you do, you can fit it however you want. I'm very surprised by the price as well.
