A guest to my property side swiped the keypad with his RV and knocked it completely off pedestal. To my surprise it was wireless. I was unaware it was battery powered. My system has been in place over 10 years and never changed the battery! He handed it to me, I entered a code and it still worked! Had it not cracked the casing I could have reinstalled it and kept going. Received the new keypad and followed the clear easy programming with my codes, installed it and pressed the learn button in control box; back in service with the included new lithium battery!!
