Inside the envelope was a small cardboard box with the Blackwire 3320 inside. I work from home doing call center work, so I needed something that would be comfortable and have a decent enough sound to hear my customers properly. Due to the area I live in, I also needed a microphone that wouldn't pick up outside noise (cars, neighbors yelling, gf coughing, etc). Like my last Plantronics headset which lasted nigh on 4 years of abuse, the Blackwire 3320 scored high on all points. The headphones are great and have a surprisingly powerful stereo sound when doing other things such as gaming or streaming music & tv. I've been told that I sound very clear on the mic which is important in my line of work. The controls are simple with plastic + / - buttons for volume and another button to mute the mic. The headset is comfortable, but not quite as comfortable as the last one I had. Still, it has good cushioning and I can wear it for hours with ease. Set up is simple. I plugged it in and Windows 10 was able to set it up quickly and automatically. The Plantronics / Poly 3320 Blackwire headset not only met all of my needs but surprised me by surpassing most of them.
