Great service! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by K***. on 7 August 2018* I have been using foam rollers to help with sciatic nerve pain and recovery from back surgery. I find this roller to be particularly helpful in loosening adhesion's and tightness at deeper layers of my body. The variation in vibration speed allows me to be more gentle in areas that are still tight and sensitive. And then allows me to go deeper in releasing those areas that can take a little more push. I use it mainly on my legs (all sides) as that is where I have had the greatest issues as a result of nerve pain. I was having regular muscle spasms and tightness in my hamstrings and calves. This roller has helped me gain greater blood flow to those areas which weakens and lessens the "charlie horses" as well as gives me increased flexibility. My only complaint would be that its a little short to really roll out my back. I am not a small person and though the vibration is definitely strong enough to support my weight and give me the relief I want, I wish it was a little longer so I could use it along my spine as well.
