I hate to be without flip flops, so I compromised with his recommendation and bought these Flipthotics. They may not be as good as shoes that hold my feet in place relative to the orthotic inserts, but in summertime I'm willing to hope they're good enough! I like the support the Flipthotics provide while still being flip flops, and now (nine months later) the plantar fasciitis is all better. The foot bed took some getting used to I almost didn't think I'd ever get used to it but I stuck with it because the relief of neuroma pain was nearly instantaneous. They have so much support *by M***. on September 9, 2016* These sandals are awesome. They have so much support. They really help the feet relax. My knee pain has gone away as well. I am a young, fit person but my feet have high arches and tend to overpronate which causes knee and lower back pain. I didnt want to give up wearing flip flops as I live in Florida and love Florida casual living so these shoes were definitely the answer! The only complaint I have is the look of them. They only come in one color and are not the cutest shoe. But I dont put looks over function so I would buy these shoes over and over again.
