I bought this collection for a nephew who's just getting into the Avengers as a result of the Marvel movies. I always remember this as being one of the greatest Avengers stories ever written. The way that Roy Thomas took the Kree, the Skrulls, The Avengers and the Inhumans, (who had all appeared before in various unconnected stories) and wove a grand, cosmic production out of them is almost breathtaking. Add to that the glorious artwork provided by Neal Adams and Tom Palmer and you have the full package. This is a chunk of Avengers history that every Avengers or Marvel fan should experience.
