Happens to me quite a bit. There's an excessive flow regulator on new propane cylinders as a safety feature. If you turn the propane cylinder up high and then the burners on quickly you can hear a metallic click from the cylinder like a pin dropping. That's the regulator slowing the flow of propane. 1) Shut everything off. 2) open the cylinder a 1/4 open. 3) open and light the first burner. 4) turn the first burner to low. 5) repeat 3 and 4 for each burner. 6) gently turn burners one at a time to the desired setting. If you open things up too quickly the flow regulator kicks in. Open things up slowly. **Q: Will this cover fit the grill fest 36 inch grill** A: Grill fest?
