I drink a lot of water (about a gallon a day) and yet still I would be so dehydrated, my eyes were dry, my hair scalp and skin were dry. I would get dizzy after my workout but after using this consistently all of those issues went away I paired it with silica ionic minerals I just drink it in a bit of water I started off with 10 drops then went up to 30 drops, it does not taste good but with time I started getting used to the taste but the taste to me doesn’t matter as much as long as it’s pasable and it helps my health.
