I would disregard the previous answer of delayed gender equity in Asia. One good example is the famous Aeron chair - which only very recently have the manufacturer created a smaller size version. Truthfully, many office furniture are not made for women and the idea of universal design is only starting to catch on in the United States, never mind other countries. **Q: Has anyone had any trouble attaching the wheels? None of the ones provided fit inside base.** A: Same here. None of the wheels will snap in. There is a "circle ring" on each caster that is a bear to remove and replace in the slot. Why am I the only other person having this problem. No else mentions this in their review. Makes me a little angry. No mention of this circle ring in the instructions.
