You do not need another moisturizer over it, or under it, unless you desire too. If you do apply another moisturizer over it, then wait a minimum of 30 minutes to an hour, if you don't, you are going to neutralize the glycolic and it won't be as effective. **Q: What is the difference between the enhanced renewal cream and the enhanced revitalizing cream?** A: The amount of glycolic acid content I believe. I'm so happy to see they are still selling this! I have tried many other, more expensive products.
