An incredible read I stumbled upon with little to no context, even as a HubSpot agency partner. Hadn't heard of Mark before and found references and stories of multiple people I know from the ecosystem. The very first salesperson on board taking HubSpot from $1M past $100M as an engineer. No traditional sales background, but loads of MIT best practices - data modeling, statistics, experimentation, workflows and frameworks, adapting tech to sales needs. Highly recommended - and another primer on creative growth in the early HubSpot days.
