**Q: Can a garden hose be attached to the platform? Or is the opening just a drain? I need it to divert water to a ground drain a few feet away.**
A: It can be used as just a drain, but you can also screw a hose into it to drain at a farther distance.

**Q: Can someone provide a precise length and width of the grate?**
A: Grate is 25 1/4" by 50 1/2"

**Q: Will this fill up with water if left outside?  I’m assuming you can keep the drain open but defeats the purpose.**
A: it will definitely fill up with water when it rains unless you leave the drain open.

**Q: Does this come with the ramp in the picture?**
A: My units did not come with a ramp
