## Description

Roasted rice powder is made from finely milled white raw rice and is used to make fresh rice noodles, pastries and sweets. Rice powder used to thicken various oriental dishes. Made from rice, the general purpose is similar to flour. Also an important ingredient in various Thai desserts.

I use this with protein for my pre workout meal as it digests so easily. It is a bit hard to mix but you eventually figure out a way and you get used to it. I tried a couple of brands on here but this one is my favorite as it is super soft and when it is mixed with hot water the texture comes out great. The other brands mixed easier though.
