It gently removes pigment and never smudges. It doesn't come with the plastic container, so that's sad. Obviously, it works differently than a firm eraser, so it is slower when it comes to doing anything with it. It's a bit too sticky when you first get it, and if not stored properly (or kept out when in use with many uses) it dries out. It's not as immortal as advertised, but if anti-smudging and higher control of what pigments get lifted there is no better alternative. I feel like they last long enough and are excellent quality for the price, other brands are a bit lacking in both quality and/or price VS this one.
