Just heavy enough. **Q: are these dishwasher safe?** A: No, they are not dishwasher safe. I bought a set in Jan 2021. While I always handwash the big blade after using them, a few of the smaller ones (like the steak knives) ended up going into the dishwasher. The very thin layer of copper was faded and in a few places is stripped off entirely. **Q: where are they made ?** A: Please the attached video.
