I have tried many different Cat’s Claw tinctures during last 2 years. There is another product which is very good but it became more expensive and I switched to Herb Pharm which is reasonably priced. It’s had perfect glycerin composition to my taste. I have been using Cat’s Claw tinctures for almost 2 years to control my carpal tunnel. Herb Pharm product is very effective, use 1 -1.5 teaspoon per day and no surgery so far.
