You are going to gain weight. I have used this product for over 3 months and I have decided to stop because it did what I never wanted it to do, I started to not like my body. My breast did gain a little, that's why I'm giving it 2 stars, I can fully fill my B cups and I started with somedays not being able to do that's a plus. But I started using this so I could like myself and maybe get a guy I liked and now I gone up a size in jeans and not in bras.
