There are 2 Ascorbic Acid powder products by Nutribiotic, so I bought this one by mistake and at first thought something was wrong with it because it is a beige color. After comparing it with the empty bottle of Nutribiotic - Ascorbic Acid Crystalline Powder I realized this one has the added benefit of the bioflavonoids. Unlike the crystalline powder, this one dissolves less easily. Even stirring it briskly with a fork takes a while. But, it's a great product and I feel much better about the absorption rate in this form.
