But I did have missing parts because some of them evidently fell out during the shipping. I don't know what UPS did and why they would have even deliver it in the condition it was in. I initially was going to send it back, but I had no box for it. desertcart did do a pick up with a freight carrier that had a box for it. I also reached out to EZ-Up and they offered to send me the replacement parts. Because of EZ-UP customer service I decided to just have desertcart do an exchange. Overall this is a nice canopy and I really recommend it. The roller case is very good quality and makes it easy to carry around. I do many outdoor craft and antique fairs and have used cheap canopies in the past. It was time to upgrade, since I have been doing so many shows and I wanted to better protect my products for foul weather. This came in the nick of time. I used this canopy in 25mph winds and it held up beautifully. My other cheaper canopies would have definitely busted under those extreme conditions. Not only was it reliable it truly was incredibly easy to set up. I love the easy comfort buttons to raise and lower the top, and the wheels on the carry bag. Makes life much easier. My only complaint would be the size of this when it is in the bag. I do wish it collapsed shorter, and it is quite heavy.
