The title of this product says GREY. Is this in reference to the color of the fluid?** A: The container is Grey, I have purchased this item. The coolant color is BMW Blue, not sure why the description says Grey... **Q: Does this coolant need to be diluted or used directly "as is"? If it should be diluted what's the best ratio with water?** A: Check with the manufacturer to see if it's already diluted. I believe all brands that do so state "50/50" right on the container. As for the ratio, 50/50 is fine in the lower 48 states. A mixture of 70/30 (30% water) is appropriate when the temperature dips below 32 degrees F for long periods of time. This would be appropriate for Canada and/or Alaska. **Q: Can this be used for a 2009 328i?** A: According to FCP website this fits your car, this is pretty much the standard coolant/antifreeze for most of the BMW cars I know of.
