Installation was a breeze and everything works as stated.Update - 03/4/13I've had these lights for a few years now and they have performed as expected with zero issues. This was after I bought a cool white bulb to replace the yellow bulb it came with with, and spent $4 more for mounting hardware at Home Depot. A complete waste of money.The light from this lamp is not "warm white", it's a sickly yellow. I'm not sure when the bulb and lamp manufacturers decided that the public was yearning for the candle light of the 1800s, but that seems to be the goal. Basically, with this type of bulb, you can't have enough wattage to be able see fine detail clearly.Fortunately, I was expecting some version of this problem and also ordered a replacement "cool white" bulb. It won't be a "natural sunlight" bulb, but at least you will be able to see what it illuminates.The other problem is the mounting. It obviously is meant to screw to the bottom of wood cabinets with the clips and wood screws provided.
