A: when i got it, it was in a hard plastic sleave

A: It’s a full art reverse holo, it’s very pretty and very “shiny” one of my favorites of many others

**Q: Is this one of the 'textured' cards? (example: 2013 edition #112/116 Latias EX)**
A: It's not textured, but it's shiny, and really cool to have, so I'd still suggest it.
