It was my first time using this product. They printed beautifully, however you need to use them right after printing if there is any humidity in the air at all. Mine started tearing and I could not remove them, I did microwave them for a few seconds at a time, and that helped a lot. I tried the freezer method, and while it helped, you only had a few seconds to work with it. A hairdryer also seemed to help, if they just needed slight drying out. However, now that I know that, I will be better prepared next time.
