It could’ve been shipped in a more protective box, rather than just in a soft padded envelope, However, I dont want to take a star off for a shipping mishap.This part was for an add-on to our existing set. We had bought our kids the Max Traxxx RC Tracer Racers “The Showdown” Set for Christmas. Our kids (and I) LOVE the set! As a kid, I owned Hot Wheels, Tyco & Aurora AFX slot cars, and Sizzler‘s Fat Track sets. As much as I loved those products, I find the RC Tracer Racers to be far, far superior to ALL of those products. They are controlled by WIRELESS remote controls, go VERY fast, hold a charge for a long time, switch going forwards and backwards instantly with the remote, and most importantly, they stay on the track! The glow-in-the-dark aspect is pretty cool too. The wireless remotes are a must-have, cause my kids are very young and jump up and down (and walk/run around the track sometimes) while racing...which could be disastrous if they were holding WIRED remotes :) I do have one recommendation though: We bought extra cars (because our kids’ friends and I like to race too), and we find that the (trademark) Camaro and Mustang cars (which includes the police car) seem to hold the track a bit better than the stock R/C cars...I think its because the chassis/bodies of the Camaro and Mustang cars are slightly more narrow than the stock cars, but even still, the stock cars work well and we have them too. BTW, you can race 4 different cars at once (**if you get four cars with four different wireless channels**). The police car is really cool because it has flashing LED on top :). The R/C Tracer Racer sets are awesome, I can’t say enough about it. Your kids will absolutely love these cars/tracks! ### ⭐⭐⭐ OK, but could use improvements. *by R***I on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on June 15, 2016* I got two of these corners since the price was fair and it was hot wheels compatible. Well, must say they really are 100% compatible with hot wheels tracks and cars, so that part is good. They are also sturdy and well built. However, I must take two stars off for cars will fly off the curve frequently, unless they are at a very slow speed... and if the speed is slow enough for the cars to stay on the track, then the cars will stop just a few inches after the corner, such slowness they are at... meaning that this corner kills the car speed needed to continue... two corners in a row (divided by one track segment) will never happen. In the end, I don't feel I've been ripped off, but I feel like the use for this item is limited to very specific situations. Not an all-purpose accessory. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ work well in the track setup I put together for HW's *by J***R on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on August 24, 2016* These are a way good price compared to any deals I've seen for HW curves and work well in the track setup I put together. They are a different material than Mattel's and seem less flimsy. I believe they will be just as durable, if they're not made of PLA plastic or some such. Cars will fall off if they are moving too slow (umm..duh) I haven't seen one sling off from going to fast yet. And none of the kids have complained. I already bought a set of these from Hobby Lobby.
