However, in this case, you probably are getting exactly what you pay for. It's a cheap cable and it looks it and feels it. I was after a very short cable to connect a pair of AKG NC60 NC headphones to a small Bluetooth receiver (the original cable with the headphones is quite long and the receiver I have replaced the inline controls and microphone, so I wanted it to sit at collar length. I needed a 2.5mm connector for the headphone and a 3.5mm for the receiver. The cable worked, but looked out of place with the premium finish of the headphones (not something I'd mark it down for), and I experienced a lot of interference that seems to be a result of a relatively poor fit at the 2.5mm plug end. If you need a short, cheap, male 2.5mm to male 3.5mm cable, and it will be connecting two static devices, I'm sure this would be fine. But not brilliant for devices like headphones where there's likely to be stresses and strains on the plugs. ### ⭐ useless for audio *by P***K on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on July 12, 2017* I've plugged it into my headphones which have a 2.5mm jack socket in them. The fit is very loose, the connection is extremely poor, compared to a normal cable the signal is severely attenuated.
