Does it require tools?** A: it has Allen screws that tighten and loosen it. Simply pull up or push down. Very easy install. **Q: Is this for one panel or two?** A: Its for one panel. Easily attaches to panel with clear instructions.  **Q: Can you attach it to hold a solar panel vertically on a wall?** A: As long as you can access both sides to put a nut and bolt on it. You could also use a wall anchor.
