Review: This stuff is all it claims to be. I ordered 5 different products to deal with stained and smelly carpet from cat and dog pee. I read the reviews saying this was too expensive, but thought I would try it. One 16 oz container covered 3 large rooms. The powder is very fine and covers well. There is no odor and no clouds of dust during application. I let it sit for about 20 minutes and then vacuumed. There was absolutely no odor left. I cannot express enough, there was NO ODOR...not of the pee or of the powder. Although I used it on the entire carpet, I had used a black light to see the worst stains. After the treatment, I couldn’t find even the faintest stain with the black light. In one room, the cat pee smell was so strong, we had planned on ripping out the carpet. After the powder, the carpet is saved. This is an expensive product but well worth the price. I definitely will order this product again and recommend it to others.

**Q: I try not to buy items packaged in plastic, is this product available in a cardboard package?**

**Q: Does this powder keep dogs from returning to area to poop?**
A: Our Odor Neutralizing Carpet Powder eliminates odors immediately instead of masking them, which could prevent your dog from returning to the same area.

**Q: Will this powder paste to the carpet ? Cause i tried others but it keeps paste on my carpet and it's not the vacuums fault,  i tried other vaccuum**
A: Hi there! As long as you use our Carpet Powder as directed, it will not become a paste. We don't recommend using this product on wet areas. Thank you!

**Q: We have a very thick, shag rug. Two-part question. 1. Will it get down through the heavy pile? 2. will I be able to vacuum up all the powder after?**
A: 1.Unsure just cuz my carpet I used this product was not very thick heavy pile
2. Yes you can vacuum up all power residue and my cat never made mistake again on the same spot(he never made any mistake after that one incident) it smells pretty good and did neutralize possible odor for my situation.
