I wear it on a string around my neck, and it is super handy. I teach clinical classes all over the campus of a hospital, and sometimes I forget to bring a pen. This is no longer an issue. You wouldn't want to write a novel with it but for taking notes or signing out some equipment, it works just fine. The pen writes smoothly with no smudging. The flashlight isn't particularly impressive but provides slightly more light than a note 5 screen on full brightness setting when shined across my dark living room. I've had it for close to a year and use the light occasionally and it is still bright. The sharp little knife, screwdriver/file (protip: the little screwdriver tip is tapered and will work on flatheads and Phillips screws) and scissors are the same quality as on the small SAK with the tweezers and toothpick. It doesn't do any one job as well as any of its full-size counterparts, but it is literally smaller than my pinkie. Everything I own is valuable to me and I baby my things. If you abuse this tool, it will fail.
