It works and it doesn't make me crazy!Melatonin has no effect on me whatsoever. I've tried different brands and forms. The gummy my friends swears by, says she can't stay awake if she tries when she takes it does not make me feel even slightly sleepy.Tylenol pm, which I would not want to take regularly anyway makes me feel weird, groggy but restless, tired but wired. Hard to explain. It's a very unpleasant feeling.The TINY bit of a "brownie" I tried once that a family member says makes her feel super relaxed made me crazy. Incredibly anxious, dizzy, lights flashing, felt like the ground was moving like I was on swaying boat. Heart was beating so fast I was afraid I'd have a heart attack.The worst, twenty five years ago (I will never forget it) I had the flu and I think my husband tried to finish me off by giving me Nyquil.
