I have this tool on order (Knipex 13 72 8), but I don’t see anything that leads me to believe it can strip the outer jacket, so if you want that functionality, you will need to use a different tool. Personally, I don’t mind that, and will supplement it with a tool that can strip the outer jacket as needed. Nevertheless, from everything I have seen and read, it appears to be an excellent, forged tool with a very useful set of features. **Q: How is thread damage prevented if the screw cutters aren't threaded?
