My only qualification is the the ink in the pen I received (medium tip, black) was dried. I already had replacements (broad tip, blue), so it was no big deal, but it would have been very disappointing to receive a pen I could not use, if I hadn't had replacements. Even with the dried ink, it was a good deal.

These Rotring writing instruments are really great. I have a matching pencil (this is the pen). They are durable, precise, and good looking. My only qualification is the the ink in the pen I received (medium tip, black) was dried.
