Much better than the knock off I first bought. *by A***A on January 5, 2021* This is my second case for the 12 mini. First was a clear Speck case I got at the store with my phone. That case was thicker and gripped better but the back was scratched with tiny scratches within days and though you can charge it with a MagSafe, you could only by laying the phone on top, it wouldn’t hold the magnet. So I ponied up for the Apple case. It’s thinner, but a much better quality acrylic. Soft satin finish. No scratches yet. It is quite a bit slicker than the other case, but I don’t find it dangerously so. And of course the MagSafe works perfect s it was designed to do. I know there are some clear MagSafe knock offs out there but look at customer photos, the paint on the magnet comes off in days. Just buy the better product.
