The heather colour (pretty dark silvery/grey) has a sheen to it but not too shiny and will be a valuable asset to my wardrobe. In size, it's snug around my tummy therefore won't fit over thicker jumpers. Perfect on my shoulders - but I am pear shaped and the gilet shape is quite straight down. Sits just at the top of my thighs - I'm 5' 1". Right choice to buy one size up from my usual size.
