Specifically, to pull a clamp up and then to turn another clamp to open/close?** A: It may or may not open your clamps. By 'open windows' do you mean unlock windows? Surely this lightweight tool was not designed to lift a closed window. For picking up lightweight objects, it is excellent. **Q: Odds this grabber made in China?** A: I’m really not sure and I’ve already thrown away the packaging, but I’ve purchased more grabbers than I can count, and this by far is the best one. **Q: Can be use to feed fish?** A: From examining mine, I could put a bit of fish food in a small plastic cup and this tool grips the cup from the top down into the cup very firmly. You could move that to the aquarium and pour it on the water. That's all I remember of feeding fish so I hope that's your method.
