A: Wherever they make junk because that's what they sent me!

**Q: what are the dimensions of this clear lunch box? are there any clear insulated clear lunch boxes?**
A: This lunch box measures 11"W x 10"H x 7"D.  There are a few semi-insulated clear lunch boxes but they have very slight insulation.

**Q: Is this lunch bag insolated or suitable for ice packs?**
A: Our clear lunchbox bag is not insulated but can accommodate a small ice pack.

**Q: I want to be able to strap it around my neck and have it by my side. At its longest setting how long is the strap?**
A: The length of the strap is 38 inches.  I can not say if this is long enough to put around your neck.  It is designed to hang from the shoulder.  I hope this helps.

I purchased this to store and move my grandsons' nebulizer. The case is a lot larger than I expected... but then.. my neb is pretty small. On the up size it holds all the masks, hoses, meds, cords... It is clear. It has zippers. It's pretty thick. It has a nice long strap to move/hold/handle. It's bigger than I personally need, but it works! Having said that, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful.
