Review: I got this to drill 288 39/64ths holes in 1/2 inch thick x 4' x 8' plate steel then reamed them to 5/8th for a fixture table. The w hole process went flawlessly, ( pun intended ). There's nothing bad to say about it.

**Q: Will this chuck fit into a 3/8” or a 1/2” chuck ?**

**Q: Can this Chuck screw into a standard 5/8" threaded bolt?**
A: No.  The threaded adapter in this chuck is 1/2" 20 UNF.  The 5/8" mentioned in this listing is referring to the jaw opening.  Let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns.

**Q: Are there any tir specifications available for this chuck? i would like to use smaller twist drills in my hougen drill. thanks,**
A: I just checked and the smallest twist bit that the chuck will hold is1/8”. I have this chuck set up in a Evolution cougar mag drill.

**Q: Can I thread this onto a 1/2”x20 shaft?**
A: It’s not a threaded chuck. It’s for drills that except a different type of chuck adapter. My magnetic drill has that type of receiver but it would not work on a standard drill.
