I'm glad I dug deeper beyond just a few. The set up process can be very tricky.E Drums and triggers ,and how they work with different brands and modules,WOW!!! I choose the KP65 because of the overall quality of the Yamaha brand. Mixing Yamaha with Yamaha was probably a good idea but it works with my Alesis as well. Make sure you have good pedal with the hard end hitting the pad. I have not used it with a double pedal but did watch a youtuder using it that way. I was very happy with the price compared to others. It with the cable ready to go. If you have issues, Google Alexa were big helpers for me. You'll need a controller to get any decent sounds. I picked up a used Yamaha DTXpress for $125. Well worth it.
