Amazon.com is the only place we could find what we wanted and needed to make only one trip bring groceries and other items into the house.We received our order earlier than they said we would. The package was in great shape and when we removed the Cart from the shipping box, it was ready to use. It comes with a liner you can use if the weather is bad, so your groceries will not get wet.It is very easy to use, it has Swivel Wheels on the front and large plastic wheels on the back. Other than that we use it to cart stuff up and down hills at a Ren Faire and it works great. Not sure why some people are downing the product on here if infact they got the same one I did. Sturdy construction, big rear wheels help to roll over the hard places. Have had no issue with the wheels falling off as I read some have. No problem putting it together. A 10 year old could figure it out without the instructions. Great product for the price. Nice size also with plenty of room. The one I got had an extra storage basket on the rear of the cart which is nice also. I purchased a similar looking one over 5 years ago, too bad I coudn't recall the exact the model number. It does not seem very sturdy and has very cheap plastic wheels that don't roll too well. The handle also has a plastic overlay. Also, it came missing a couple washer, luckily I had some at home. It will get the job done if you just want to tote a few bags of groceries up/down in the elevator, but I wouldn't recommend putting anything heavy in there.
