This affects millions of clocks in the USA. May or may not happen. The only negative feature of this movement is that it is larger than the standard Quartex movement and may not fit all clocks.UPDATE- The broadcast signal has been fully funded in the 2019 budget. There is no way to hang the movement on the wall. The slip on metal bracket from the clock I wanted to use it in wouldn't fit and there was no notch on the back of the movement as on Quartex's other non-atomic movements. i will send it back and use a regular movement.It's a shame because this clock is in a difficult position to get to to change twice a year.. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Good replacement for my old clock movement. *by W***. on Reviewed in the United States on June 23, 2018* The movement worked perfectly and fit fairly well as a replacement for the original movement that was in my clock. It was relatively easy to install. I say "relatively easy" because the instructions were not clear on how to get the hands to stay on. Once I figured that out by trial and error, everything else went well. One word of caution: the hands are very thin metal, and they do bend very easily. Handle them with care when trying to install them on the shaft. Also, because the hands are thin, the clock may be a bit hard to read from a distance. In 20/20 hindsight, I wish I had bought a unit with thicker hands. Still, that was my purchase decision and I can't fault the manufacturer for that.
