I bought this attic fan due to reviews and warranty.Was easy to install and has definitely made a difference in the house temperature since installed.Find that the fan cools the attic, and the air conditioner is not running as quickly as before.Can’t wait to use as a whole house fan too.Was a higher priced fan but like the warranty.My husband liked it so much he bought another one for the garage attic.
