I think that would be a major and acceptable reason for a return. They also expect an item to not have been opened: without opening an item, how would one even know if it were defective or had other grounds to be returned? Doesn't seem like a very friendly company and I'll try to avoid them when ordering. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great toys *by G***Y on Reviewed in the United States on December 26, 2020* Go cat Da bird makes some of the best toys for cats. We have older cats and one with a disability. They all love them. Since they're interactive we can maneuver them just how each cat likes. We prefer the long rod to the 2 part one as we've had trouble with the rod parts staying together. Luckily they sell new attachment parts as the feathers can get broken. But our cats don't seem to care. I just watch to make sure the 'lures' stay safe if broken. The Purpeller wand has wire where the others have thread. The wire gets kinked and I think the thread is safer.
