Review: I feel like I have a professional chef's kitchen! - Fantastic! I purchased these and some other organizational containers and they all work really great! This longer narrow size is just perfect for items in the produce drawers. I clean everything first put it in including green onions... We used to lose so much produce to rot because we couldn't see what we had. They're eating healthier now that we can prep see and grab healthy fruits and vegetables from the fridge and they're ready to go. It also helps with food prep. To be able to pull out something and have it ready to chop and not weed through a bunch of green onions that have wilted in their bags at the back of the drawer. What a great way to help keep yourself organized. It's a pleasure every time I open up the refrigerator and see restaurant quality organization! I feel so professional! The containers are not intended to be airtight, I think that there's enough air flow in them, that also The Little Trey in the bottom keeps moisture away from the vegetables. I assume you could put a little bit of water in the bottom and keep them above the water that will help retain moisture in a particular vegetable. The quality is nice, because I think this variety is washable in the dishwasher. Other hard plastics are not. Although I just hand wash mine. I think they'll be very durable in the long run! I'm going to buy the larger varieties next. I would highly recommend!
