She said the quality of this is great for the price and comes with a carving stand and knife. The carving stand and knife are cheap quality, you might benefit from buying a solid stand and carving knife yourself otherwise it’ll do. Quality of the meat is great, decent amount of fat on it that sometimes you can get way too much fat on these things.
