Packs hold 30 pads each *by J***M on Reviewed in the United States on June 17, 2013* I have been using the Joybies Piddle Pants with these pads with my elderly, incontinent cat every day for nearly a year now. I've been very happy with the job they do, and the ease of using them. The cat doesn't seem to mind them, either. In recent months, they have really improved the absorbability of the pads, I think by adding absorbent granules in the middle. They hold more urine, and still stay dry on the surface - a great improvement on the older type of pads. These new pads also have a sticky strip to help hold them in place. The only reason I don't give them a 5-star rating is that it really takes way too long to get the order sent out. I placed my order for 4 packages on 16 May, and didn't get them until 9 Jun (which was about a week after I ran out of them). They were shipped the previous day, by overnight mail, so the long lead time is getting them shipped out in the 1st place. Yes they tell you it might take 3-4 weeks to get them, but I really don't understand why.One thing you should realize about using this or other diapers on a cat is that it is really only effective for catching urine. Because of the proximity of the anus to the cat's tail, the hole in the diaper isn't meant to catch feces. This can create a problem sometimes when the feces are only partially caught by the diaper - sometimes the feces will fall out in other places, randomly, like your bed. It's not the fault of the product, it's the anatomy of the cat that causes this.
