**Q: How do you adjust the time on the screen...the synchronization button doesnt do the job...time is showing 1hour ahead**
A: I've not had to adjust or set mine. Could be the device you are watching on hasn't updated for British Summer Time?

**Q: Had it 4 weeks and now not receiving notifications ??**
A: Had no issues with mine but any secondary users are not getting notifications. Its via internet not direct. Make sure app is installed correctly. It notifies via email so that will need setting up on the app. You may have to uninstall the app and start again.

**Q: Can you use 2 different devices to monitor the video.?**
A: Yes you can on the steinel app go to the home page on the second device and add share can is at the top of the screen to get the code

**Q: How can you reset a password on steinil cam**
A: Dear Amazon-Customer,

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset the camera and reinstall the app. 
Afterwards you should be able to use all functions again without any problems.
