I was very pleased with them and very comfortable however when first wearing them I felt as if my toes felt damp and cold and wondered if water from the short grass I had been walking on was seeping through.This wa like it very time I went out if it had been rainning. I have now only 5 months on the shoe around the toe area has come away from the sole. I have emailed Heavenly Boots and sent in photos only to be told that as I bought these through Amazon there is nothing they can do and to seek help from them . This is clearly not as easy as you think after buying the product 5 months ago. Have sent hem an email to no avail. Im going to attempt the procedure again but what I don't understand is why Heavenly Boot would not help as seen as it was their product. I do understand that they were not my consumer but customer care and reputation surely goes a long way.
