To set up you need to pop open the bottom grey piece. This is very hard to do , pull off the red tape and put back on. Deducting 1 star for this as it will need to be done when changing the batteries and the fact that the soap bottle is not designed to be used more than once. In this day and age everything where possible should be refillable and soap is definitely refillable. Having said that you tube has videoes showing how to pop off the lid to refill it but again its hard to pop. Functionality can be made easier! Instructions in French.
